The course offers a hands-on opportunity to apply various auditing techniques through real-world scenarios and role-play.
This course is based on ISO 19011:2011, “Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems,” teaching how to audit a quality management system using real-world case studies and developed to hone the understanding and practical application of how to document audit notes and nonconformities.

This course is ideal for those interested in internal auditing and/or lead auditing performing supplier or third-party audits. For those pursuing an API auditor certification, this course fulfills the training requirement for all API auditor certification schemes.
While our standard Lead Auditor class is taught according to API Spec Q1, the course could incorporate auditing to one or more of the following quality management system standards based upon your goals:
Depending upon the standard selected and the overall goals for the participants, the class duration may be extended. Additionally, live, in-person courses offer an option to directly engage auditor competencies by performing an onsite mini-audit of your quality management system.
